Cancellations - 
All tickets for events and paint classes are final.  Refunds are available only if the event is canceled by The Dizzy Squirrel or our instructors

Refunds - 
Custom items are not eligible for refunds or returns.  Non-customized items may be returned for a refund or store credit if returned within 15 days.
